Application Procedure
Aberdeen Nursing Agency follows a strict application procedure, in line with industry standards. Once an application is submitted to the agency the underlisted stages are followed in the right order:
- The 2 referees nominated by applicants will be contacted (this may take up to 2 weeks).
We enjoin applicants to nominate nurses in charge, night sisters, team leaders, managers or senior support workers as referees. This is because invalid references often slow down the application process. - An interview will be conducted upon receipt of valid references.
- Applicants must fill an enhanced disclosure form during interview and same will be duly forwarded to the necessary government agency.
